If another country attaked and occupied this country then I'd pick up a rifle and become an insurgent too. Anyone would become an insurgent. You start killing the the occupying force in anyway you could. Especially after you see them murder your family and kids. Of course you would become an insurgent.

We don't care about civillian casualties ( thats Americas new word for murder) collateral damage. hmmm
We'll never win we'll only make everything worse...... despite what fox news says.
A guy i went to Dive school with had a bunch of videos on his computer he took while in Iraq. He even laughed as the guys on his tank fired a 60 calibur at a kid. thats murder. The women are called "Ninjas". They shot random people walking down the street to see what would happen to them. Thats murder. And thats what he said. the soldiers on trial now are just show to try an let the world think America actually gives a crap. America doesn't even care about the soldiers not to mention AMERICAN people

First of all, it sounds to me like you need to get new friends. Secondly, NONE of the soldiers I know took pleasure in killing civilians. They only did so when they felt they didn't have a choice. Thirdly, as another answerer said, most of the insurgents aren't even Iraqi. We aren't at war with the Iraqis, and for the most part, they're not at war with us.
I have a friend who is VERY against the war, and he served a tour in Iraq. What he told us (my husband, who is US Army, and me) is that not a day went by that an Iraqi was telling him "Thank you!" and saying that they were "brothers".
We do care about civilian casualties, but those of us who know anything about war know that these things happen in war. Are there bad soldiers, who murder people for sport? YES! But they're few and far between. Most of the soldiers WE know are honorable, heroic people who deserve all of our support.
Of course we'll win this war, if the politicians in DC will allow it, and not listen to the war protesters.
What do you know about Iraq, if you've never been there?
You only have one friend who's been to Iraq? We have hundreds.

I'm not from this country ( I am from Canada), but I live here now. If another country invaded and their military was fighting on our shores, I would grab a gun a fight them. I would expect my friends and family in Canada, and my sister-in-law's family from Mexico would join us as well. I would not stop until they have left and then I would celebrate our victory by dancing in the streets. I would do whatever it takes to win.
That said, I think our soldiers are heros for being willing to fight in what I think is a situation that is hopeless. Let's start to bring them home. The longer they are there (Iraq) the more they will break and commit Haditha (did I spell that right) like situations. I understand they are still humans and they are being tested on a daily basis. Some are bound to snap. Let's bring them home, give them the best medical and psychological care we have and provide for them and their families. Perhaps we could bill the companies that are profiting from the war.

I think you should leave this country and move to a country that has a dictator. I don't think you have a clue. You should also brush up on your history. We were occupied by another country and the people here stood up to them and defeated them. That is how you have the freedom you have today. But you seem to think we are the bad guys. You might want to look at your last sentence too, that does not even make sense.

Your "question" is filled with flaws. First, if you care about murder, you may want to hang out with some different people. Second, America is the people, although it is obvious you will try to deny that very fact. And Thirdly, no, I would not become an insurgent, although I love your sympathy with the enemy and your desire to get Americans killed. Or is it the fact that "America" is the one getting the soldiers killed, so some how that makes it alright for you to wish the same thing??

It is impossible to compare ourselves to their situation, but in order to play pretend with your rant, the majority of Americans would not be insurgents, because we would be happy to get rid of the real problem, a dictator that kills our own people. But then again, you forget about that, or you rationalize it to make yourself feel good.

It appears the only "sheeple" is you. You spout nonsence with no backing and you hang out with people who claim to be murderers and enjoy it. Do you honestly expect to be taken serious?

we does no longer be insurgents. An enemy occupying rigidity ought to represent that in some unspecified time sooner or later there develop into an enemy invasion. we may be combating to eliminate the invading rigidity, no longer rebelling adversarial to our own authorities. yet, which couldn't happen. there are literally thousands of individuals which will properly be recalled to lively protection rigidity service in the variety of an invasion. we are already educated, merely waiting for a remember. Our protection rigidity can't matter with suggestions from searching at lively responsibility rosters. we are everywhere. a physician, criminal specialist, journalist, mail service, newspaper service, production unit worker, mechanic, farmer, the staggering youthful lady on the relax save, and so on..... we are waiting, and keen to take care of our united states of america.

Nearly 85% of these insurgents aren't from Iraq. They come from Saudi Arabia, Syria, Jordan, and other places. So the premise of your question is flawed.
Also, another flaw: if another country invaded the U.S. and was "murdering" civilians, you say you'd fight them. But if you followed the example of the Iraqi insurgency, you'd spend more time killing other Americans than you would fighting the "invaders." That wouldn't make you a freedom fighter. It would make you more of a d!ck.

The only reason insurgents don't want us there is because we make it impossible for them to take over the country.
