Oh & I work through lunch too, I like to leave early & avoid all the traffic, but I still eat while I work, usually like cottage cheese or a pear- trying to eat a bit more healthy lol

I do the same. I step out for a minto grab something and come back and eat while I work. Usually, I love italian subs along with some southern style potatoe salad and some ice tea.

I eat a small bag of Cheez-it I love them, and sometimes a yogurt. I work through lunch also and don't have time for much but I am happy with what i eat.

1. sliced tomato's with blue cheese dressing and hamburger patty with mustard, pickle, onion, and ketchup on the side!
2. hearts of lettuce salad with chopped purple onion and sliced black olives with blue cheese dressing topped with crouton's.
3. 2 wendy's 99 cent chicken sandwiches with mayo, lettuce, and onion. chips on the side!
4. stouffer's salisbury steak, mash potoato's ,gravy and green bean/corn medley frozen dinner.
5. backyard burger cheeseburger with mustard, onion, and pickle with waffles fries.
i drink diet coke with all lunch meals!

A mixed salad from our salad bar and cut up chicken tenders on it. With a good fat free dressing.
