For dinner like everyday. Love ribeye steaks. Yumm. For lunch sometimes. Depends on where I go have lunch. I don't really consider a burger from Mc Donalds red meat. By the way, I'm not to crazy about chicken, I would rather have pork or seafood as my alternate. I know my diet isn't all healthy and stuff, but I'd rather enjoy my food.

I have:
lunch - 1 meat 2 vegs.
dinner - 1 meat 2 vegs.
We need vit B12 which only meat have, but they do give high protein which is not healthy for aged people. So as age goes, I will have to think of cutting down to only 1 meat a day.

I try to eat less red meat and more chicken, turkey and fish. Red meat should be limitted to only once or twice a week. Chicken is much healthier. But I still love a good steak or hamburger now and then.

At work, I do. Around the house, I scarf up whatever's closes at hand.
