I use Splenda because it´s supposed to be healthier than Equal or Sweet & Low since it´s made from sucralose instead of aspartame or phenylalanine, which are chemicals. It also does not affect blood sugar levels like other artificial sweeteners do.

I love splenda, and try to use it over other sweeteners. In my opinion, it has a more natural taste.

I'd rather use sugar in moderation. It's been around since the beginning of time and we know that dangers in consuming it. Splenda... who knows what diseases they'll discover it causes in years to come.

I have used it before but it leaves a bitter aftertaste. (I could explain why but you probably wouldn't be interested) I guess if you use it for baking it would be ok. But in drinks and in regular food like cereal or cream of wheat it is all wrong.
