Yes He most certainly does, but a lot of His humour has an "edge." God uses humour to make a point. He is also fond of puns. One of my favourite illustrations of God's humour was actually perpetrated by Jesus Christ. Simon Peter was still feeling bad about denying Jesus when Jesus was arrested. He was back with the disciples, but the guilt was still there. Suddenly, for no apparent reason, he decides to go fishing with some of the others, something he hadn't really done since Jesus first called him. Just as happened at that time, the disciples fished all night and caught nothing. Then they saw a figure on ths shore. it was Jesus, but somehow this fact had been hidden from the disciples minds. Jesus told them to throw the net over the other side of the boat, just as Simon had done before, and they caught an enormous amount of fish, just as Simon had done before. This "joke" must not have been lost on Simon. And when they came ashore, Jesus, who no longer needed food, was cooking a fish breakfast for His disciples. He also made sure that Simon knew He was accepted, forgiven and loved.

We are made in the image of God. We have intelligence, as he does, we can think, we have emotions. Just like him. So yes. we have laughter and joy and humor because God had it first. There are several verses in proverbs that point to laughter being good for the body and a gift from God, so If the Bible is inspired by God, he must have humour.

We are all part and parcel of God, everything that exists within each individual has its origin in God in a pure form, including humour.
An analogy is that "one drop of ocean water contains the same qualities as the whole ocean, the difference is not of quality but quantity"

I believe that he does. Just look at some of the animals he created the platypus, the hippo, and the monkey (always fun to watch). Laughter is also mentioned in the Bible as a positive thing.

Yes an amazing practical joker.
He made the Jews walk round in circles for years and years until he told them where to live. When they got there, the land he had promised was already taken.
