Adding good makes this a very subjective question.
My perception of a "good" man is one who:

honors all that is sacred in life
honors his own thoughts and emotions, but is not ruled by them
understands the value of a woman and women’s councils or circles and can follow their advice
Knows that others perceive the world differently and accepts that they may not agree with him
works to change his world by uplifting himself
is openly the spiritual head of his family
is the point man for any troubles
works hard to provide for his own without ignoring his own needs
freely can shares with others the bounty that life offers
jumps right in when something needs doing
is not afraid of getting his own hands bloody or dirty
can delegate authority as needed
can ask for help as readily as offer it
is not afraid of being or appearing wrong and foolish
can freely laugh at life and himself
dances, sings and creates not to see his reflection in the eyes of others but for himself alone
is not shameless or numb
learns from his mistakes as well as those of others
has an open heart and mind, but listens to his gut instincts
loves learning and inspires the wonder of knowledge in his kids
parents his children by modeling approbate and ethical beliefs, perceptions, attitudes and actions.
Is loyal to those who deserve it
freely gives a little trust to everyone and then knows anymore must be earned
is slow to give his word, but once given does his best to stick by it
understands we teach others how to behave by what we are willing to tolerate
knows the human spirit needs laughter and playfulness to fully heal.
Acknowledges that it is a toxic society and that he cannot fully protect his children or women
so teaches those dependent on him how to create a safe place inside for themselves
understand the only true freedoms are the ability to say no and to pick ones own path in life.
Freely seeks out life’s wonder and bliss
understands it is not about the destination but how we act on the journey by which we are judged.

If you have to ask this question then either you are single and have never been told what a good man you are or you fancy someone and hope to impress her, a good man is someone who is just himself and loving and open to understand of others, but been yourself is as important, if she is the girl for you she will love you for you, good luck

A guy who is a man of his word. He follows through with what he says. Combine that with honesty and integrity and you have a pretty good combination. :)
