The FBI uses the term personal weapons to mean parts of the body, such as your hands, feet, or teeth. This differentiates them from other weapons such as knives and guns

a personal knife...a knife thats really the persons who kills the other person...a personal gun...if they own the gun...a personal bat...if they use that bad for baseball practice...thats what they mean by Personal Weapons....
