yes and no. Yes because that is your subconscious mind, and it shows when you projected all the pictures and images, mostly your personalities
No because your dream can mean multiple things Dream interpreter as myself can only do so much. You have to give more information about your background, childhood, thought.
You can interpret a dream on the surface, but deep down it is not easy without doing your background. However, I will do my best.
And I got many accurate answers because it does reveal askers' personalities, fear, need, and issues.

While there are some common themes about dreams, you are the best person to analize your own dreams. Most things in dreams are symbols or metaphoric. For example, dreaming of a person can sometimes be highlighting what characteristics that person represents (such as bossy, kind, organized, successful, etc.). Dreams are sometimes the subconscious mind's way of working through problems for you or helping you to see something you're missing. Sometimes, its as simple as wish fulfillment-- dreaming of something you wish were true. The problem is that the conscious mind and subconscious mind communicate differently, so it's like playing charades... so look up meanings, but try to find what YOU think that means. Good luck.

I don't see how they could for the simple fact that what any dream means is that you are getting R.E.M sleep which is a requirement for the body in some way and all the dreams mean is that there are chemicals in your brain that piece together a dream which is just different and random thoughts and experiences mixed together, they don't actually mean anything, it's just a dream

Some people say that when they dream about certain things certain events happens, when my sister were living she would say that every time she dreamed of fish someone in the family was pregnant and she would tell us the day after the dream and sure enough we'll find out later that someone in the family is pregnant.

I just came across an article on the papers about this subject. dream interpreters say dreams are the process of making sense of the information you've collected in daily life inside your subconscious mind. the interpretor analyzed two cases of a immigrant couple, one of a man describing a recurring dream of being chased on the streets. and the man's wife's dream of toothache. Interpretor said the man's dream implied insecurity and said the man yearned to return to native country. the man agreed w/ interpretation and said that is exactly what he felt inside. and about the wife dream, interpretor told her to see the dentist and it was due to a sublime cavity problem she later found out from the dentist loll.

Best book for that is Sylvia Browne's Book of Dreams because she gives you uthe tools to figure out what the dream means in your life. Not the sympbolic stuff that everyone who sees a horse in their dream has the same meaning. Our dreams are an outlet for our subconscience and only we can truly decipher what they mean.

Many dream interpreters use symbolism to break dreams into manageable ideas. You can do the same thing. You can pay attention to your dreams and research that rainbow you keep seeing.

Yes they excist, there are dictionary for dreams. But you will never know if they can interpret your dreams. Dreams are your future vision, what will happen in the next days/months/years. Dreams allow yourself to look for answers of what you want or give you informations of what to do or what you don't have to do.

I believe they can tell you what they believe your dreams mean. But, to get into facts, I have my doubts.
Additionally, I don't buy card readers, palm readers, fortune tellers, psychics, and a drove of other people who profess to have some "special" ability they are willing to share with you if you will only provide a small monetary contribution so they may continue to eat. BTW, I include clergymen in this category as well.
I see the whole bunch as group of scam artists better suited to a circus sideshow.

No. Dreams are the brain's way of talking to itself. Some images can be interpreted because they are based upon imagry from your society. Otherwise, no.
