It took me 29 years to get to the point where I could talk about it to anyone. But it definately made me a stronger person.

The biggest obstacle that I've had to contend with is the world at large, and that may not make much sense but it's true, Finding my way in the world has been difficult for me because I'm different than most. It's an ongoing process.

The biggest obstacle I have overcome was my mother, my bestfriend, having cancer.

I had to be strong, when she was at her weakest, when really all I wanted to do was crawl into a corner and just let myself go. I went to every chemo with her, watched her shrivel up from time day by day, and saw her basically give up on herself. I had to rebuild her faith, and that was emotionally the hardest. I had to deal with the fear each and everyday and every minute that there was a possibility I would loose her. I would cry everynight and pray and pray and pray.

During this, I was expected to have dinners ready for my younger siblings and my father because he worked late. I was finishing up my junior year in highschool, and was trying to study for my finals and SAT's. I was working part time, and I was captain of the cheerleading squad.

My mom has been in remission from cancer for 6 years now. =]!!! God Bless her! Shes the strongest lady I know.

What doesnt kill you, only makes you stronger.

There was this really big rock in the middle of a path I was walking on one day. I had to climb over it. It took me a long time and I got cut up pretty bad, but I finally made it over the rock. I felt very good about myself that day.

Learning to love and trust a man after being sexually abused for over 14 years. And learning that in order to love you have to let go of your hate. Not necessarily forgive, but move on.

Having people not judge me based on my flawless physical appearance and realize there is more to me on the inside.

It's not my fault I was born beautiful. I am more than just a sex toy for women. I have feelings too!
