I used mine exactly twice. Just took too long, still alot of work and it wasn't that great. I'm happier with buying fresh bread @ the bakery.

I have a wedding web site but I did not put the website in the wedding invitations. Usually registry info is passed through word of mouth. You can include registry information in your shower invitations, that is another good way to let people know. Other than that you just don't tell anyone unless they ask. If someone is interested in getting you something from your registry then they will find out where you are registered. Putting the register information on the wedding invitation or including it with the invitation is never an option.

Most people who I've talked to say that it's nice to have warm bread, but it doesn't taste as good as real homemade bread. Why don't you just take some rolls or such from your local store and put them in the microwave for 1 minute, and they'll taste like homemade.

I just saw a nice breadmaker at a garage sale for $4. I passed it up.

It used to be common in every household, but breadmakers have kind of disappeared over the years. If you really think you would take the time to make home-made bread, then yeah. It's your wedding!

Congratulations as well. :)

Yes
And for everyone who said they have theirs just sitting around. Shame on you. Drag it out. Mine has a dough setting and I just use it to make the bread dough. Then pinch off rolls and let them rise and have fantastic rolls. Or whatever kind of bread you want. I just didn't care for the hard crust when baked in the breadmaker. So I bake my bread in my oven.

Breads are carbs. If you got the metabolism of a bird add it, but if your like most people eating bread especially warm fresh bread will quickly add up on you and loved ones. How about a meat slicer, good cutlery or something you will use often. If you don't live in a mansion space can become a premium.

It cuts down on the cost of Buying bread.

If you bought one loaf of bread every week at the price of $3, that's $144 a year of buying bread.

In 2 years it would be $288.

Thats alot of Money! It might be worth it to have a Bread machine on your registry.

No need, Bread available in the market is fresh and not so expensive. Use the money for something more essential, or just save it to have more fun during honeymoon.

Add anything and everything. That's what it's for. People aren't offended. Your just letting them know what you feel like you need so they don't have to guess. There are close friends and family who would just love to buy you a big item that says they love and care about you.
