oh honey, stress is something that you have to get less of to be able to "cope" with it, it's not going to just go away, try to limit some of the things you do in your day and try to make more time for you, relax! once you can do that, you can start to feel less stressed, i promise that is what i did.

I would try to do something which I enjoy, e.g., singing or perhaps watching tv.. Because in the midst of doing all your favourite activities, you actually let catch a breather and stop thinking about all the stressful issues on hand... When you have relaxed and loosened up, maybe you can try looking at what ever is causing the stress and you may find some solutions or even new perspectives to your problem..

Lots of people suffer from the same problem. What I do is a take some deep breaths, and focus deeply on my breathing. Feel your chest rise and fall, do this for a couple of minutes, and because your in such deep thought, you'll forget your problems. Always give yourself a couple of minutes concentrating on your worries, in the day. That way you will have less to think about in bed, and hopefully you'll sleep better. Buy yourself a medication CD, i know it might feel a little weird at first, but it will help. Trust me. Listen to it wearing headphones, to avoid embarassment. Also, eat a carrot a day - very helpful, and because you have to chew on it for a while, it eliminates stress. Again, trust me. I hope this helps, if you do all of this, then i promise you wouldn't suffer so much with stress. Take care.

i walk every morning for 30 minutes. i listen to relaxing music. i laugh at silly people. i go out and look at the beautiful people. i read, pray,sing,dance, and just rty to take it one day at a time.
