Nothing seems to help, I've tried Benadryl, creams, etc. It occurs at anytime of the day, usually all day. What is wrong with me? I'm not stressed, using new soap, or anything. Please only respond with helpful mature comments.

I had that at one point..decided to figure it out for myself. Took me a month. I stopped eating the regular foods I use to eat and changed my diet. I purchased different kinds of shampoos, soap, changed my shaving cream that I use to shave my legs with, and I was not stressed out at all. But I had a rash on my leg in one little spot, finally I changed shampoo and soaps again. If it kept on going I was headed for the doctor for something STRONGER than Benadryl. This was a year ago and now I use Dial soup in an orange package only it has Vitiamins A & E and it has no ANTI-bacterial. After that it stopped so I took it as it was the soaps with ANTI-bacterial. I also changed m shampoo too, I use Neutrogena also in an orange bottle called triple moisture. Seems the orange items worked. Try this and change anything you can think of, if nothings seems to work go to the doctor. Good Luck. Hope this helps.

Um, it could be prickly heat, I think that makes you itchy without any other signs. I'm not 100% though. The only other thing that springs to mind is scabies that live under the skin. If you look through the bit of skin between your thumb and first finger you should be able to see them if you have them as thats one of the thinnest parts skin on the body. Don't get me wrong, it could be down to something completely different. I'm not trying to scare you, they were just 2 things that sprung to mind. Please see a doctor though, seriously, you've had this 2 weeks too long by the sounds of it. I hope you get better soon

It seems that dry skin is the most likely culprit. Now, there is an oil that I found in a local nutrition store that seems to help mine a LOT: Seven Wonders Miracle Oil.

Keep in mind I usually don't endorse specific products, but this stuff has done a lot to help my skin. Incidentally, it seems to help my mother too, which is good: She can't use petroleum-based products.

There might be a similar product near you. Take a look.

Good luck!

are you on any medications? what clothes detergent do you use? have you tried different soaps for everything? do you drink bottled water?

have you changed your eating habits lately? i get itchy alot now it's my medications and the water that we have here in the city.

we must know a bit more about you before giving any diagnonsis OR see a doctor if this keeps up.

maybe something preceeding a condition?

it could be anything really....i suggest that you see your doctor asap. you might even want to go to the emergency room. i know it sounds like an extreme suggestion but most hospitals have "urgent care" or "express care" establishments in which a physician's assistant or a physician could see you and be able to analyze your problem and hopefully conjure up an explanation. these care facilities are mainly constructed to serve such cases as yours but seeking medical attention is definitely what you should do.

maybe your a little dehydrated......and your skin is being affected....try drinking more water........i had that happen to me once......and i read a health book regarding dry skin.......the advice was before you bathe(in warm not hot water) coat your skin with OLIVE OIL......after you bathe coat your skin again with OLIVE OIL......you mix olive oil and your favorite fragrance if you like.....this happened more than 5 years ago and all i use on my skin is OLIVE OIL....the best soap for your skin is DR. Bronners Castile Soap or you might want to try Dove.....peace

It could be due to a dietary change. Also, are you taking any supplements, like Niacin or a B-complex?
