ERP, nice to have if you can standardize your company operation with SOPP. This business application definately helps to eliminate some operation issue, reduce headcount, achieve higher efficiency of overall business operation if success implemented. Ofcourse it allows also to analysis more on your business data with ERP. But, do remember always, Garbage In Garbage Out (GIGO) whereby, if any staff do not follow the ERP rules, it will definately give you garbage when come to data analysis. Whilst cleaning "garbage" in the system, you may need more headcounts or manpowers to do data validation or checking on each process check point.
