I want to make a phone list for victims of police abuse to notify the proper authorities?

scruffy is uninformed. I do have a life. Since being slammed into the front of my mothers car I've spent a lot of extra time in the bathroom or asleep. The pain I still feel drives me to seek answers. I have called the FBI and ACLU. They did? The officer has been fired and I even requested as a victim that he not be hired in anouther department.

Problem 1 the police are the proper authorities.
Problem 2 how do you define abuse
Problem 3 how do you sort out legitimate complaints from mental cases, and con artists
Problem 4 Unless you approach the people personally you won't be able to get that information from the police dept, because that isn't covered under freedom of information, they only have reports and complaints on file.
Problem 5 if you approach this from a legal stand point you could contact the lawyers who handle these cases, and they will deny you access due to client confidentiallity.

Who are the "proper authorities" you are referring to?
I have a feeling you can't answer that question, because if you could, you wouldn't be asking this question on Yahoo.

the only people to call is the chief of police office it is preferable if you have the # on speed dial and call it and put your phone down when they pull you dirty cops wont do anything if you are on the phone they will make you get off if they see it
