Does anyone have any suggestions on roasting a 100lb pig in a roaster?
Is there any special way that you knew of to spice it up?

try checking out chinese websites. They are the best when roasting a pig. The chinese have roast pig on almost all occasions. I especially love the suckling pig.

i looked at a lot sites but couldn't find one. the only way i think you can do it is the hole in the ground method. try going to "roasting whole pig recipes". i think you will find something there!

l think the best way to cook a 100Ib pig is by a hunger in the back yard
