"Taith" as if you are saying "taste" with a lisp. "Leach" as "leek" with the "k" sound soft, like the "ch" in "loch". The "leach" part is a suffix, the equivalent of "-LY" in modern English". The stress is on the first syllable: "TAITH-leach".
