I would say finding out your significant other is your long lost cousin. Especially if you have a lot of time and emotions invested into it.

Parents for sure. You start wondering about genetic abnormalities.
Also, if your significant other is your cousin, you can always find someone else if it freak you out that much.

For me it would be that my significant other is my cousin. There's nothing I'd be able to do about my parents being cousins.
