Hi Hun! Yes! you are aging just like the rest of us. Its ok! Treat your skin better by washing well, use cold water to tighten the pores. Treat your face to some facial cream. Women and men both need moisturizer. Yes! Stress will take a toll on your appearance. The best thing to do is start taking out time for yourself. Sit down or lye down and just relax you body one part at a time. Listen to soothing music when you can. You are under a lot of stress! So you need to take out time every hour and just close your eyes and breath deeply 3 or 4 times. Think about the place you will move to when you can. (Happy thoughts!) I'm 44 and I look in the mirror and see the wrinkles by my eyes. But I smile at myself and tell myself its ok, you are aging! You are not retarded! You have mental health problem just like a lot of other people do. You need to set down and ask yourself how can I get through this, what are some positive things I can do for myself? You enjoy being on the computer. What else do you like to do? Try to find out what makes you glad, gives you a little joy and do them things. I know you situation is very rough. I'm trying to help you look around and find good things to do. Smiling and thinking about positive things will relieve some of your stress. (Happiness lies in the joy of achievement and the thrill of creative effort.) What are you good at? If you like to bake go make you a cake or cookies and enjoy them and share them with someone you know. I hope I've helped give you some ideas to help relieve some of your stress. Hug! Von!

People can live normal happy lives with mental illness. Today they have new medications like Wellbutrin and Zoloft that help people lead normal lives. I have a mental illness and my life couldn't be better. I recommend you read some books by author Joseph Murphy like "The Power of Your Subconscious Mind". They're about positive thinking and how important it is to your well being. Visualize your goals and don't be afraid of failure. The more you create good thoughts the better your life will be...)(

You are not retarded. Nobody is retarded. Just take care of yourself in positive ways. Go to a gym and work out. Try to have some fun. Take Care and be happy. Oh yeah and pray.

Step away from your mirror for awhile. Stop focusing on what you think are negative features. Start focusing on your good features. People are not retarded because they have mental health issues. Lot's of people have mental problems.

Yes sir it's true you must be ageing, but don't worry. I'm 21, and I still have the baby face, but I notice that I'm starting to go bald this sucks.

know

Aging is part of it, but not as much as self care. Take care of yourself. I think it's what you see because you are obsessed with how you look. Just stop worrying about your face.
