I was wondering if anyone knows whats the most fatning fruit........the top 3 most fatning friuts

If you are referring to fresh fruits:

Avocados are number one...
Plaintains and bananas would probably be two and three, just not sure which is worse...probably bananas as they have a higher sugar content.

Keep in mind canned fruits, especially those in heavy syrup, are going to be the most "unhealthy" fruits due to the excessive sugar.

The fruits that do have fat, have the good fat, the kind you NEED in your diet. Why would you worry about such little fat? I am sure the amount in a banana is not going to hurt you

1. avocado

most people think it's a veggi but it isen't. has the most fat.

2. bananas

alot of fat and makes you constipated.

3. all dried fruits

fatning and bloat-factor!
