no, it's not cute, it's annoying. they can go play over at myspace. now go away, you kids, and let the adults talk. Y!A will lose its core supporters if the system is clogged with clutter from children who can't even spell.

First of all SHAME on the parents of these young children for not monitoring what their children are doing on the internet! I just joined a couple of days ago and I have already been floored by some questions that people ask, (talk about X-rated). Some people should be ashamed of themselves, if you have a legitimate question - ask it, if you just want a quick thrill, leave the computer, go to the bathroom, and when you are done come back to the computer and ask a real question!
Maybe if we all just didn't reply to the ones who are being rude and obnoxious, they would get the hint and the young children would be able to enjoy being on here!

Well for all the "explicit content" in some questions, it doesn't seem like the younger people being disgusting. And a lot of younger people are on here because they look up to older people like yourselves, to get a good answer on a hard time in their lives. The best thing you can do is either report anything that needs to be reported, or answer their questions truthfully and from the heart :)

It seems that kids are dating younger and younger all the time. When kids should just be kids, they are being forced by culture and media to grow up faster and faster all the time. So since there are so many children in such and adult world like dating, no doubt they will have many questions to ask. I think the best thing we can do is welcome their questions and hopefully be able to help them not make some huge mistakes. We also may be able to convince them to just be kids for a little while longer.

Well you can't restrict it but yahoo could put in a kids room or something along those lines so that older people aren't flooded with kids questions and kids still have a place to ask their peers advice.

I agree. I'm 32 and I gotta say some of these questions and the corresponding answers are a hoot. Hopefully they won't end up to messed up. LOL

I do because there are people on here obviously under 18, just from looking at the lack of maturity in their questions and so forth.

I think they do have an age limit, but of course theres always ways to beat around it. Thats why we have 12 year olds on myspace.

I agree. I am tired of asking questions only to get a flippant answer of one or two words. They are just trying to get more points so they can turn around and ask equally dumb questions.

People can type in any age they like. I don't know how you would impose an age limit. Something needs doing.
