since this question is regarding the black man i will say this......in order for the black man to want monogamy it will take the black woman (mothers, sisters, girlfriends, wife etc.) to stop tolerating non monogamous relationships......that is not to say that white men or any other race practices monogamy and believes in it full heartedly.....the difference is they do not as a whole blatantly disrespect the female they are with.......it is not tolerated by the females in their culture.......

As a white male attorney doing a lot of family law work, I see black men rarely wanting monogamy or serious relationship.

ceena - the asker can ask any question he/she wants. Why cannot race/ethnicity be at issue according to you. Dont be blind to reality. This is a common fault among blacks. Only blacks made profiling "racial" profiling. Who is more likely to commit a crime a 25 black male or a 75 white woman. Get real.

Men are men my dear. the one who usually do want the nice relationships are considered nice guys and really most girlr/women dont want nice guys as lovers. Lets be honest and real about that. They make great friends but not lovers for you ladies.
Then you got some black guys who are just late bloomers and want to ahve fun in lif and date a little. There are the serious ones who want relationships and yes there still around.
I use to be one, but after heart break... Well thats another topic for another day.
The good ones are out there, you might just have to look a little ahrder and not be afriad if they do something "nice" for you ok.

it shouldn't be about race but men in general because there are some men that would want a relationship but you just have to look or just wait for that right one.

Not just black men, any men. I'm starting to think that most guys just want a "hit it and quit it" thing...

i imagine you comprehend what the precedence is for you yet i imagine you'll finally end up ignoring the purple flags that are probable the most worry-free element about your outlook in the present day. i imagine you may be placing your self up, in case you prefer to date this guy take it sturdy and enable issues improve without rush, yet i imagine in honesty in case you experience he is going ot cheat on you you are able to be prepared for that so that you do not finally end up harm.
