Go to court and fight the ticket and prove that now you are on the inusrance and that were indeed on the way to doctor.
There is a good chance that you will win if you can prove all that you have said.

There's no crime here. Just bring your proof of insurance to court and the case will be dismissed. Insurance covers EVERY driver who is operating the vehicle with the owner's permission, not just the drivers listed on the policy. Unless you are listed on the policy as an excluded driver you are fine.

Your story does bring up a few other things, though. First off, in a medical emergency, call 911. NEVER attempt to drive yourself to the hospital! Especially when the problem is your eyesight! Alternatively, you should have called your parents at work. There is no reason for not doing this. Employees can take calls in an emergency.

You displayed very poor judgement trying to drive with an eye problem. You displayed exceedingly poor judgement by speeding with an eye problem! What were you thinking??

You obviously haven't told your parents about this. You need to do this NOW! They can provide proof of insurance and the whole case will be dismissed -- at least the operating without insurance part; you're on your own with the speeding ticket.

Do NOT tell the judge or prosecutor about the contact lens problem. You could be prosecuted for wreakless driving. It is against the law to drive when you are not fit to do so safely.

The no insurance thing seems to be incorrect. As a member of your parents household, you are by contract, automatically covered as a resident relative. Short of your state having some laws that allow exclusion of drivers (not likely a non licensed operator would be excluded), you should have been covered by your parents policy.

5 points is a lot, and your insurance will be outrageous till they fall off. Seems like a lot of points for a speeding ticket. As you were licensed, you of course could legally drive. 7 over the speed limit is relatively minor and really should only be a slap on the wrist. Can probably even take a course and get the points removed from your license. If the ticket is still on your motor vehicle report, the insurance company will charge you, but it should not be all that bad.

This is exactly why I am concerned about the future of our nation. In your explanation of what you have done here I saw nothing but excuses. What ever happened to people just admitting their faults. I don't care why you drove, you broke the law in two ways. Apparently you figured getting caught driving with no insurance and speeding was a fair risk to take so long as you made it to the eye doctor.

I would like to know how this is any different from, I drowned my kids in a bathtub, but I had severe emotional stress? Now obviously the difference is that that dumb b*tch should be hung or shot or actually drowned, and you should just pay your fine.

My concern is the next time you will hit someone while driving and write a bid long sappy letter about how you were in a hurry because you had stomach problems and then all of sudden this moron in the crosswalk wasn't wearing any bright colored clothing so its not my fault, I couldn't see him and was focusing on keeping my cheeks closed....

You need to grow up and admit what you did was wrong, and start doing that from now on. That is how a person builds character. Or you might end up on T.V. because you have some weird circumstance that caused you to commit a horrible crime.

You really shouldn't drive until next week. To drive with out insurance is a crime. But at least there was no accident, when you got your speeding ticket. ALthough, the police now know, you don't have it. Did they give you a warning? Did you get to the eye doctor? By rights, you should've had someone take you. You folks were at their job (and wouldn't take a break to help you?) and your friends still in bed (Wouldn't they make an exception in their routine for you?) but what about a neighbor?

First, if your parents had insurance, and you lived in their home, especially if you were driving one of their insured cars--you are insured.

Second, the $500 deal on no points is a good deal, if you have $500.

Third, I would have called an ambulance. You were in no condition to drive, which is why the prosecutor's deal was so good, the charges against you could have been much, much worse. In some places, "driving while impaired", or words to that effect, can have the same weight to prosecutors and insurance companies as driving while intoxicated (or 'under the influence' etc.).

are you sure you got your information correct? 7 miles over the speed limite is not normally flaged unless your going all over the road because your contacts are mess up. did you get cited for dangerous driving too? cuz 7 miles over speed limite dont cost no 500 to pay off and its normally just like 2 points depending on which state your in.

Herding force stems from the wild wolves preliminary stalking and chasing of prey. even as dogs are first presented to inventory (sheep, cows) they're TAUGHT no longer to easily grip or kill the animal, yet to restrain themselves....hence bringing out the organic herding potential. some dogs look to have extra intuition then others do, alot of that ought to count number on breeding traces. safe practices force is diverse. prepare a Doberman Pinscher sheep, and they could probable walk away, chase to play, or chase to kill and thats it. it must be alot extra troublesome to carry out a "herding" intuition. safe practices besides the undeniable fact that is organic in ALL breeds, some breeds are purely extra bodily intimidating. A Rottweiller looks a lot extra shielding then a yappy toy poodle on the door. i do not imagine safe practices force might want to be seen an intuition...per chance only a trait of dogs derived from wolves looking for his or her %.. The herding team of dogs is seen the most sensible team in large area because of their herding intuition and favor to artwork and please their draw close. as far as no longer neutering in accordance with force....i imagine thats a fantasy. i have seen many altered dogs do exactly besides at herding or safe practices artwork as altered ones. Even Police dogs are mounted, right here in Canada a minimum of.

Its your own fault - suck it up and live with the consequences. The main reason insurance rates are so high is because people like you drive without insurance.
