Look in the phone book in your area and get the number for the Health Department in your city. You can call information too. There are a lot of free county services that will immunize your kids again for free. They will also give you proof. Or you can call the doctor office back home and maybe have them fax it or mail it to you. Good luck and welcome to America. God Bless you and your family.

If your in the Military, your records are available from them. You either produce the records or your children will not be allowed in the classroom. One good point, very few of the illnesses in Asia are a danger here and those shot records won't apply. Get the children their shots, the important one leaves a scar that lasts for years, so you can't just claim you lost the records.

if you cant get your records sent from Asia you will probably have to get them immunized again. No doctor will sing off that the have been immunized based on your word alone.

The doctors office that immunized them! Why would you leave your country without such important papers?

i am asian too. before we left our country i ask my son's pedia to give me a certification for all the vaccine that she gave my son. when we came here i showed this to his new pedia here in CA and transferred it to the yellow card where they list his shots. so i guess you should write your pedia where you came from for this too. its just a suggestion anyway.
