Well, my dad's wife is 13 years his junior, and they seem to get along just fine. I guess if the love is there then it's okay. However, his wife doesn't like me or my kids. My dad was married and divorced before she came along, and I guess she thought that once she entered the picture, I'd just disappear. She treated me and my kids really mean until I joined the Navy, moved to another state and got married; now I'm no longer "a threat" to her, even though I wasn't before. And I guess my dad was just so in love, that he just let her say and do whatever she wanted to me. Anyway, be really careful in this situation if you have kids, and just make sure that everyone likes each other.

I don't think age is a significant obstacle in a relationship (my partner is 8 and a half years older than me)... it does mean there will be differences in your life experiences though which may be the source of conflict. It will probably mean you have different tastes in music too! Love your partner for who they are not for how old they are...

Love sees no age!
There is nothing wrong at all with such an age difference. In fact, it is small compared to my mother and her last boyfriend. She was 43 when they got together; he was 68. Yep, 25 years!
Love sees no age! Be happy with who you have. As long as you feel right with them, and they with you, you're set!

sorry to say but you need to be very sure of him time is a bad thing and after awhile men do think and see younger things out there and it starts to make them wounder so you need to be very open to this, i work with a person in your situation and now he is wanting someone younger he says it was cool when it started and there was love but he now states the age is the problem.
good luck to you

Age doesn't matter in a relationship. It's the love that counts.

yeah, seems like a bit much. Dudes like younger chicks. It's just normal. I'm not saying that it won't work out, but you got a major obstacle ahead of you.

Sorry, but I'm not going to sell you a fairy tale or lie to you. :-|
