Don't go on any stupid diets. The best way to lose some weight off your thighs is to exercise. Why not join your local gym? And also don't eat any junk food. None at all. And slowly and healthily you will lose some weight. Good luck and stick to it, dont give up.

To burn your fat in thighes, just do cylcing excersise for continous six months. this will shape you out.
