I am on a quest to see what people think is common sense. Please participate by letting me know a situation or instance that you think is common sense. Ex: Coffee is hot, its not McDonalds fault your an idiot and spilled it on yourself. or Auto pilot doesnt mean the van drives itself.

I had a client tell me she still had checks in her check book....but the bank told her she was overdrawn. She said "how could I not have money in my account if I still have checks left."
She was being very serious and I could not keep a straight face!!
I quickly assigned her to participate in my workshop which also covers financial planning.
