How many Muslim leaders are rebuking Ayman al-Zawahri's call for a holy war?

There are many, many Muslims that don't want or care for jihadnicks-holy war mongers. The reason so many are silent is because they all haven't taken up arms against those that speak out...Since that hasn't happened the problem is that if you speak against jihad than you get a bullet up your **** eventually. Funny, they're willing to die for Allah (Peace & Good Will be Upon Him) but not for the cause of peace.
