omigod in what context? You know what gagging is, right? So you must be talking about oral sex on you.
It means either something is so gross or bothers her so much that her body doesn't want to swallow it; or it might mean an object is going far enough back in her throat that it hits her gag reflex.
In either case, gagging is very unpleasant so please do not do whatever it is that makes her gag. Find a compromise. You don't have to prove you can have it come out her ear. Giver her what she likes. If the whole idea makes her gag, well, try some other method that she's ok with. Don't make anybody gag. It feels horrible and she might throw up.
By the way women have died because it went down too far and made her gag and then suffocate. Don't push it. You don't want to kill her.
