To a certain degree,yes.
They are all caused by the same pathway,-they are atopic reactions to allergens in the environment.
There are a group of antibodies in the body called Immunoglobulin E (or lgE for short),and this mediates an intense reaction to an irritant in the bronchioles (asthma),skin (excema) or respiratory passages (hay fever).
One person in the family may manifest 1 or all 3 while another has none but has children that have 1 or 2.
