A lot of fiber in your diet can cause that...also I found when I hit middle age I was gassier than in previous years (ah, the joys of aging).

There are products out there (Beano is one) you can take before meals to help prevent gas afterward...or products you can take when you have gas to help stop it...or cut back on (or out) things in your diet that give you gas. Most people know how what they eat is going to affect them.

It can definitely be not only annoying, but embarrassing...but it's part of how our bodies work.

chances are that u r lactose intolerent, meaning that u shld avoid dairy products like milk and instead use soya alternatives.
if this does not help, try to control ur fibre intake... if u eat lots of vege but don't clear them from ur bowels fast enough, u r gonna be storing alot of air up ur ***.
avoid spicy food and stuff like garlic and onion as well.
fat people also tend to fart alot so u r gonna have to lose some weight for a complete solution.

Try Beeno to get rid of excess gas. Also have your gallbladder checked out. It could be that your not breaking down fatty foods properly, and this can cause gas and bloating.

Most gas is caused by the way you eat, swallowing a lot of air. Try to correct this habit and it will help.

Eat more healthy food; don't drink alcohol(especially beer), stop eating so much meat, eat more vegetables, drink more water, and eat at least 2 fruits a day but not after you ate a meal, dark bread instead of white. Good luck!

Sip hot water. The water ought be as hot as you can tolerate it. This will help flush out the gas.
