There are actually several different Romany languages, the main ones being Vlach and Sinti. You need to specify which one you want it translated into.

RRomani? or Romanian?
I don't know Rromani, but in Romanian it's: "esti cel mai bun prieten al meu si te iubesc!" or "esti cea mai buna prietena a mea si te iubesc" (if you're saying it to a girl). Bear in mind that they are two different languages and are NOT related.
I doubt that people who speak rromani have Internet access (don't mean to be rude, it's acrude reality and it's nobody's fault)
