It does to a certain degree. It contains alcohol and alcohol stimulates the growth. My mother uses this and she is completely satisfied with the results.

no...hair loss is genetic ...once its gone its gone and no amount of all these wild and wonderfull things will bring back the dead.....if there was a magic cure dont you think the rich and famous would use them ...elton john had a hair transplant and still he aint got a lot he keeps it mostly covered wonder why....
