Having looked around for online bible study myself in the past and checked out teachings with my pastor, I'd say be cautious is a teaching claims to be the REAL truth, but is a challenge to anything mainstream. I've rtead some stuff in the last year that has seemed very logical, but is basically a little off the mark and probably from a cult of some sort.

I believe Group Publishing and Focus on the Family both have free Bible studies available online. Just do a web search for either company--or both.

This first one is an online BIble database where you can search several versions of the Bible at one time.
Try Bible Gateway
www.biblegateway.org
This next one is for women who want a short daily devotional
Proverbs 31 Woman
http://proverbs31.gospelcom.net/index.php
This is one I've seen in many churches
Our Daily Bread
http://www.rbc.org/odb/odb.shtml
This one I've not researched other than putting in this search term, so I can't vouch for the doctrines it teaches one way or another
World Bible Studies (I have not researched this so I have no idea how Biblically sound this is, you may want to research this, but it does look good!)
http://www.wbschool.org/ads/google/index.php
If these don't look good, try doing a search in Google using
Free Bible Studies as your search criteria. There is a wealth of informaiton out there.
God loves a person to want to seek him. Blessings to you and Kudos for seeking to learn more!

Here are a lot of great free on-line Bible study tools to do your own study:
http://bible.crosswalk.com/
I've done some of the courses that are offered free on here:
http://www.charlesstanleyinstitute.com/portal/home.html
This one is the ABSOLUTE best ... they have online studies available, and you can also request loads of free literature with no obligation or cost:
http://www.mountzion.org/
Here's another great one that I used with my children. It is free, and you can download lessons for your whole family (including separate levels for different ages of children):

God bless you in your studies :O)
