you need a Q-tip with some alcohol on it. or you should try getting a piece of tissue, twist it untill it is small enough to fit in the lenses,and put some water/alcahol on it.

Why bother. The image is so poor, you won't notice any difference. If there is some major crud on the lens, just wipe it off with a piece of wet toilet tissue or something.
