Don't act needy; this will push her away. Be available and communiative, be kind, and upbeat--never whiney. Have good hygeine, especially your mouth. Smile and enjoy life, be optimistic. But even if you do all these things there might not be any chemistry so don't be pushy. Give it time to grow if it doesn't look elsewhere for love. You might be the type that only wants what he can't have so examine your modives and characteer.

if she does not like you for you dont bother with it it will only cause you both heart ache in the end. Trust me I know this is easier said then done, but I have been there and done that and it only got thrown back in my face and I was never really happy myself when I tried to be someone else.

Start being her friend, make her come closer to you. Simple little things can add up to you liking her and then you can tell her that you nlike her and see if she likes you back. If you think of anything else you can try it and see what happends. GOOD LUCK!
