I made up the word "Jehovism". Do enlighten me as to the correct term. I know Christian is "Christianity" and Jewish is "Judaism".

Why criticise instead of guiding and correcting???!!!!

So-called "Jehovism" limits its belief system to matters involving the divine name. There are many so-called "Jehovists" who do not align themselves with the Jehovah's Witness religion.

Jehovah's Witnesses understand the Scriptures to teach that exactly 144,000 humans will join Christ Jesus as kings and priests to administer God's Kingdom (which will soon replace all earthly governments).
(Daniel 2:44) God of heaven will set up a kingdom... It will crush and put an end to all these kingdoms, and it itself will stand to times indefinite
(Revelation 14:1) Lamb [Jesus] standing upon the Mount Zion, and with him a hundred and forty-four thousand
(Revelation 20:6) they will be priests of God and of the Christ, and will rule as kings with him

Over whom will they rule? Over the vast majority of mankind, most of whom will have been raised from the dead after Armageddon.
(John 11:23,24) Jesus said to her: “Your brother will rise.” Martha said to him: “I know he will rise in the resurrection on the last day.”

Hell is NOT someplace/something mankind needs to fear; there is no suffering in the grave. Sometime after the resurrection, death and "hell" will themselves be destroyed.
(Ecclesiastes 9:5) For the living are conscious that they will die; but as for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all
(Ecclesiastes 9:10) there is no work nor devising nor knowledge nor wisdom in Sheol ["hell"]
(Revelation 20:14) And death and Hades ["hell"] were hurled into the lake of fire

Almighty Jehovah God selects those few who have the heavenly calling. Each person "feels" his own hope and each person's hope remains unquestioned by his fellow Christians. Still the vast majority (literally more than 99.9%*) of Jehovah's Witnesses expect an EARTHLY hope, the same hope given to Adam and Eve.
(Genesis 1:28) God blessed them and God said to them: “Be fruitful and become many and fill THE EARTH and subdue it [caps added]
(Genesis 2:17) You must not eat from it, for in the day you eat from it you will positively die [so never eating from that tree means never dying]

Jehovah's Witnesses are a worldwide Christian society of people who actively bear witness regarding Jehovah God and his purposes affecting mankind. They base their beliefs solely on the Bible.
To correct you, there aren't 144,000 in Heaven already. The total number that will be going to Heaven is 144,000(Rev.14:1-4).The ingathering of these anointed Christians began at Pentecost 33CE in the upper room, where 120 faithful disciples were gathered.
The 144,000 faithful men and women will be kings and priests with Christ in heaven, and will rule over the earth as part of God's Kingdom.
The remaining obedient ones of mankind will have the opportunity to enjoy everlasting life on a peaceful cleansed earth,which in time will be restored to the paradise that Adam and Eve lost for their offspring.During this time,the billions of dead ones will be resurrected and given an opportunity to come to know Jehovah and decide whether they want to serve him or not.(Ps.37:9-11,29;Pr.2:21;
Rev.21:3,4;Acts 24:15)

There is much to look forward to.

No...not all of the 144,000 are in place in heaven yet. People are Jehovah's Witnesses because thats what they believe in. They believe that those who follow Jehovah and Jesus(YES they believe that Jesus is gods son!!) will live forever on a paradise earth.(Psalms 37:29 The righteous themselves will possess the earth, and they will reside forever upon it.) They also believe that the dead will be resurrected.(John 5:28,29 Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life, those who practised vile things to a resurrection of judgement.)
WHY? if people were meant to go to heaven...would there be a resurrection of those in the "memorial tombs"??
Jehovah's Witnesses to do not strive to get into heaven...they are striving to live forever on a paradise earth...which was promised to them by god.

The reference to 144,000 does not mean that. It means that only 144,000 are chosen to go to heaven. Well, it's not even called heaven. It's something else.

Sorry I don't have my facts straight. I used to attend this church as a child, and want to go back now as an adult. Don't believe all the negative things you hear about JW's.
You need to do more studying on the Truth (as do I).
If you still don't agree with it, then leave it. It's as simple as that.

Good luck

Only 144,000 will go to heaven and they will have a definite purpose there. Rev. 20:4-6 and Rev 5:8-10 tell us those chosen to go to heaven “…will be priests of God and of the Christ, and will rule as kings with him for the thousand years.” (Also Daniel 7:27) 1 Cor. 6:2: “Do you not know that the holy ones will judge the world?” Rev. 5:10: “You made them to be a kingdom and priests to our God, and they are to rule as kings over [“on,” RS, KJ, Dy; “over,” AT, Da, Kx, CC] the earth.” (The same Greek word and grammatical structure is found at Revelation 11:6. There RS, KJ, Dy, etc., all render it “over.”)

The divine purpose is not to have Jesus Christ rule as king alone for the thousand years. But, as the apostle John tells us: “I saw, and, look! The Lamb standing upon the Mount Zion, and with him a hundred and forty-four thousand having his name and the name of his Father written on their foreheads. . . .”—Revelation 14:1-5. The number of such “holy ones” chosen to rule with the Lamb Jesus Christ on the heavenly Mount Zion is revealed as being 144,000, “bought from among mankind.” (Revelation 14:1-5) These, together with Christ, make up the righteous “new heavens” of Jehovah’s new system of things.
Christ and the 144,000 will rule over the earth to the benefit of all here on the earth.

Most of us, though, have an earthly hope. Jehovah created this earth so that humans could enjoy living on it forever. He wanted the earth always to be inhabited by righteous, happy people. (Psalm 115:16; Isaiah 45:18) The earth will never be destroyed; it will last forever.—Psalm 104:5; Ecclesiastes 1:4. In The Lord’s Prayer, we are taught to pray for God’s kingdom. A kingdom is a government, and God’s kingdom will rule over the earth. “... Let your kingdom come. Let your will come to pass, as in heaven, also upon earth.”—Matt. 6:10.

Even though we all grow old and die because of the rebellion of Adam and Eve, God’s original purpose for the earth will still be fulfilled. In the beginning it was God’s purpose for obedient humans to live forever in an earthly Paradise. And God never fails to accomplish what he purposes! His Word plainly promises: “The righteous themselves will possess the earth, and they will reside forever upon it.”—Psalm 37:29.

There is also the very real hope of the resurrection and the opportunity to live forever in paradise right here on the earth. The Bible tells how Jehovah will bring this about.

My wife died when I was 28 years old and a week or so later a friend of mine asked me if I trusted him. I didn't know what he was on about so I just said yes and he asked me to go to his house that evening.

I went to his house and I had been there for about 20 minutes and there was a knock at the door. He told me that this was the reason he asked me if I trust him.

In walked these two people and started to offer sympathy because of my loss. I thought nothing of it, then they started their preaching. It turned out they were Jehovah's Witnesses and I couldn't believe it.

They told me that one day all bad people will die. All the bad people who have died will stay dead and all the good people who have died will be resurrected. Then we will all live in paradise.

What a crock of $hit.

My cousin is a JW and to the best of my knowledge they dont believe that they are going to Heaven. They believe that after judgement day those that have lived a life according to the Witness religion will be raised again and will live forever on earth. Those that havent will not be raised and will forever be nonexistent. That is hell to them.

Jehovah's Witnesses do not believe they go to heaven when they die. They believe you go into a state similar to sleep. Then when The day comes and Jesus returns to earth, then they are alive again, only then do they go to Heaven.. (This is a short answer so please excuse the Theology about it) In the Bible it states after Jesus comes back to earth "the land and the sea will give up their dead"
