Well done... no pink! With A-1 steak sauce & spicy dijon mustard for dipping.

It has to be Filet Mignon though... this is the only steak that stays truly tender when cooked well.

Also, some grilled veggies & potatoes on the side... and a bottle of Pinot Noir (for special occassions) or Pacifico with lime (for BBQ's) .

Mmmmm!!!

I prefer my steak - Very Well Done. This goes for any type of meat. I once had a kangaroo steak (which is more of a fillet really) in an Australian restaurant and they wouldn't cook it beyond medium. They had an open air bbq area so I finished cooking it myself on that. :)

I like my steak left on the cow. That's why I am now a vegetarian.

I used to like bloody roast beef and almost blue rare steak and steak tartare.

I feel a LOT healthier since giving up meat.

Medium Rare - Pink Juicy Center with a top and bottom seared. Searing the outsides seals in more juices and adds a very important flavor component ;-) And of course with a bottle of Red wine...

In 1972 I was in a crack commando unit that was sent to prison by a military court for a crime we didn't commit. We promptly escaped from a maximum security stockade to the Los Angeles underground. Today, still wanted by the government, we survive as soldiers of fortune. If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find us, maybe you can hire the.....
