Try to drink milk without sugar and think nonsense, like you are a counting cars running in the high way!Your body clock might be in trouble, enough sleep should be 8 to 10 hours! Try also to go to bed as early as possible, around 8 pm to 4 am is quit an 8 hours of sleep!if you wake up at 4 do all the chores that you used to do in the evening like washing your clothes or cleaning the house and preparing foods to cook!

is there any reason why you wake up that early?
or you just happen to wake up

I have the same problem, I just try my best to get back to sleep

try establishing a regular sleeping pattern, try to sleep at a certain time regularly

once your body is accustomed to sleeping regularly I guess you won't have any problems

or

just don't think too much before going to sleep, it will only keep you awake longer
