she has had all shots and is up to date, so I don't think parvo is the problem.

Yes, dogs can catch nearly anything a human could. When I was a kid, our family dog got strep throat because of me, believe it or not. If your dog is throwing up, has diarrhea, isn't eating, etc. I'd see the vet. Puppies don't just have these problems for no reason, and can't as easily get over it on their own like an older dog could.

Yes - if you have a puppy that has diarrhea and/or is throwing up, those are signs of something much worse and dangerous than a stomach virus. It could be parvo - which is deadly to a pup, so go to the vet now - not later

Yes they can and if you feel your dog has that you should Run not walk to the Vet and make sure the pup has lots of water.

yes... if its a puppy it cab have parvo or some other illness from the pet store
