I really wanna know, because it would be hard, unless they know sign language?

Most communication is non-verbal. A sigh, pointing of the hand, daily schedule (we all know we have to eat in the morning). As one monk points to the milk, he is probably saying 'please pass the milk'.

They don't have a whole lot to communicate about. Once you know the routine, that's about all you need to know. They don't have much need to communicate.
