Eat lots of fruit and veggies. Snack on fruits instead of processed foods. To tone up do crunches and run around the block for about 20 min

diet, and excersize. What you eat is what you are. Eat lots of fresh veggies and fruits, low-fat meat cuts (no pig meats), fish, and go easy on the carbs. Aim for whole grain carbs rather than white and refined carbs. That includes wild and brown rice, oats, whole wheat flour. Don't eat products with white flour, white sugar, white rice. If you eat a potato, eat it with skins on. Don't eat foods that are fried or cooked in grease. Drinks 8 - 10 glasses of water a day starting with a glass when you first get up. This jump starts your metabolism.
And excersize. Aim for aerobic excersize 3-4 times a week and weight bearing excersize 2-3 times a week. Walking, biking, skiing, jumping are all good aerobic excersizes. You want to be breathing hard enough to be able to talk a little, but not carry on long sentences. Aim for 30 minutes to 1 hour a day with one day of rest.
And have fun with it. Try different activities and new healthy foods. Learn to cook healthy stuff. Find a firend to do it with and be accountable to. Loosing weight may be an okay goal, but being fit physically, mentally, and spiritually is more important. Aim for those and the weight will come off.

The only real way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you eat. This is done through physical activity and exercise. There are free ways to exercise. You can run, walk, roller blade or ride a bike. You can also get tone and build muscle by lifting weights. Sounds silly but you can do arm curls with bags of flour since you know the weight of them when they are not open. Look to see if there is a used sporting goods store near you and they might have some free weights for less than you would pay for them new. Vigorous housework can also burn calories and tone arms (think wax on, wax off).

Well you see being ones own self is the best thing to do.... People get influenced by the cinemas but stilllll no problems just get up in the morning around 5 or 6 and go for a long jog of over 3 to 4 kms and then have little amount of carbohydrates (rice etc) and shift to Roti...

Hope this brings a change in you ...

Consult your physician first and then here is my recommendation. The key to diet is to stay regular (i.e. keep things moving through your system) the way you do that is to eat a bowl of oats and a fruit in AM, eat more fruit and veggies through the day (try not to cook them unless necessary), leave off the ranch dressings and other man made processed compliments. Avoid soda, sugar filled fruit juices, cookies, cakes, pies, ice cream. Eat fish it's great for you. Eat foods high in fiber, whole wheat bread, nuts, apples, grapes,. and of course exercise a 3 X per week.

Good luck
PS where do you live I looking for a exercise partner?

Eat meat and lots of veggies and fruits. Stay away from carbs for a little while (bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, anything starchy). Walking is great, push ups, sit ups, find heavy things around the house that you can lift, count 8-10 reps, do about 2-3 sets a day, your arms will firm up.

First change your eating habits. Reduce your sodium intake don't eat processes foods. When cooking don't season your food with salt or any thing that has salt. There are plenty of seasonings that you can find that don't have salt. No more sugar! There are plenty of foods that have sugar substitutes and trust me, after one week you won't know the difference. Eat three times a day.
In the morning have a bowl of cereal perferrably something with fiber. For lunch, try to wait until your stomach starts speaking to you (growling) and have something light and eat to kill the hunger, not to stuff yourself. You might want to invest in a Geoge Forman grill. You can grill chicken, salmon, turkey any lean meat without adding extra calories with oil. If you have to cook in a pan use Pam. In fact I cook my frozen veggies in a pan with Pam. I don't add any thing to them. What I do is carmalize them (cook them until they get a little brown) it makes them more flavorful. For the final you can have sugar free ice cream, about half a cup. Try to have dinner at least 2 1/2 hours before bed. Also reduce your serving size. No soda, if you must drink diet. Try crystal light, it's easy to get more water intake with this drink.
If your going to eat bread stick to whole grains. Tick to this and and will drop some pounds.

Drink more water...

Our bodies tend to assume that what we are experiencing hunger, when in truth, we are just lacking in water and is dehydrating. So instead to satiate the thirst we feel, we eat more food and make us plumper. You don't want that to happen, do you?

So drink MORE water... preferably 8 - 10 glasses of water a day...

Hope that would help you... ^____^
