i feel lonely and a bit sad on valentines day, wishing i could have that special someone to be with.

Single people will yearn for a good year ahead and hope that things will be better the next valentine's day. That's how humans get by in life...with new hope. When these single peolpe finally find someone to celebrate Valentine's Day with, they'll realise that every empty, past Valentine's Day was worth the wait.

Having not been single for 5 years I still remember, I was always very sad. However I then started going out on Valentines Day and met my new girlfriend of 5 years in a bar in town. :)

It's properly referred to as 'Singles Awareness Day' and personally I'd like to see the holiday removed from the calendar from here on out. Even when I'm in a relationship I don't particularly care for it, I don't need someone else telling me that I need to share some special time with the person I care about! I'm perfectly happy to do that the other 364 days of the year, why make one stand out?

I feel OK. As long as I don't get forced to join a forming couple... being the third in such a situation may be tricky, even if I am in good cheer with both people...

crap... but even worse when u gf lives 100 miles away... and u can c every 1 else with there gf and i can't even hug da person i love :( but this year we gunnu plan it abit better as i didn't have enuf money 2 get a train but normaly i go up 1nce a mounth
