OK it depends on what side you have pain what organ could be involved. Left is gallbladder and liver right is appendix but all cause terrible pain when severely inflamed also nausea in most cases. If your doc did their job and drew blood it should rule those things out. Since you are exercising you could have pulled a muscle or pinched a nerve. Diet can irritate your bowels if you do not have enough fiber. Investigate further and ask doc to do more test if it continues for weeks or becomes worse.

Don't know. Maybe. It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way you have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle.

Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat. Strict means stress which makes you gain weight-- impairs digestion.

Since you're exercising daily, your weight might be mostly muscle. Remember, muscle weighs more than fat. Just give it time.

As for the pain in the side, could be a pinched nerve or simple exercise cramp that's holding over. I get those sometimes. Also could be that you're over working your body with exercise and it's trying to tell you via the stitch in the side.
