On and off I have stomach bloating problem especially when I drink immediately after dinner, or when I do not eat at my regular hours. But problems often goes away after a while when I burp. but this time, keep burping but problem still persisted for so long.

maybe you are having gastric pain. because if you have gastric pain, you will feel bloated and keep burping.

Have regular meal and reduce the amount of food intake for each meal. Take small bite of food at more regular intervals in between meal if u feel a bit hungry. Drink more water in the interval too, give yourself between 2 to 3 weeks, u should recover from your problem.

Try Charcoal Tablets or over the Counter medication for Gas ( De-Gas ) is one brand .

Charcoal Tabs / Capsules usually do the trick

Pepcid usually does the job. Try sipping ginger ale

TRY COMPLETE salad diet for a week or try drug name enema if it worsens . To avoid in future , always have a cup of lemonade after heavy meal

might be gases. dont drink water immediately after dinner, avoid milk. take soda & light food.
