Man I'm glad I quit smoking.
Hardest thing I ever did in my life was to quit.
The dreams of enjoying a cigarette were so real, I'd wake up discouraged with my self for smoking.
Then I'd realize it was a dream and go back to sleep.
Smoked 18 years.
It took a year from my last cigarette before it was completely out of my system.
But if I can quit, anyone can.
If you know someone trying to quit and they need encouragement, have them email me brother. . . .Joe

I once knew a guy named 'Jonathan Burns'.
I used to tell him that I hoped his name wasn't a prophecy...
