As a Christian, my concern for myself and my fellow Christians, is that we come on too hard. What we have to share is so marvelous to us that I am afraid we turn people off because we want them to have the same joy we do.

We need to tell people about our Savior and how He freed us from sin, and how they need Jesus also.

But like Quiet Warrior said, we often come off sounding to hard. We need to let people know of their sins, but we need to show them in love.

Being lead by the Holy Ghost is the best way to reach a person.

Speaking only for me, it's not a concern. Whenever someone has told me in person "I'll pray for you", It has often been in a condescending manner. It has happened so often that when some either in person or on-line make that statement, my response is "I'd rather you not"
