I am not really sure but i think i have low metabolism.. i tend to take on weight quite easily...

I was 72kgs for 1m70 then i suddenly went to 88 in matters of months...
(Probably due to food consumption and lack of activity :P )

Now i want to be fit again...
I am doing sport everyday for around 1h30 - 2h00

At moderate pace to high pace and mostly cardio activity as i dont want to become too big (is it wrong?) because my body is quite large (broad shoulder etc...)

As for food i tend to eat some fast food (1 serve not the BIG meal) 2 - 3 times a week and I try to eat home made mixed salad everyday nowadays.. along with orange juice (i've completely banned any soft drink for the moment).. of course i don't plan to go on a complete diet... i just want to be fit again but still be able to enjoy food sometimes...
(I think i eat ~1800 calories a day)

One last question would be... do sit up helps? (my belly is big as you can guess :P)

I really appreciate your time
Thanks in advance

This has some tips on it. It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way you have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle.

Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

Crunches are a little easier and they work better for some people. Also, you might also want do drink water and replace the juice with real fruit. It's much better for you because it's more filling and has more nutrients without added sugar and stuff.
