Well, this is an international forum, and we have no idea where YOUR 10 tv news is located. A little more info and we might be able to help.
Although, go to the webpage for the channel and check around. There's usually somewhere in the news section to do that.

Call them on the telephone. Most TV news stations don't want to accept photos from people they don't know because they don't want to pay for them but good luck.
