gemstones do hold different properties
the best all round crystal to have with you is clear quartz which is used for clarity and healing and can help with confidence and general decision making .. so i would recommend this one for career growth to help with making good choices on your career path

I don't see how they can, unless you plan to go into the business of selling gems. A good education would be much more helpful.

Just have faith in it and believe in you heart that it will help you...it won't of course but you won't be able to distinguish fact from fiction by then as with all matters of faith.
