parenting does not come with a hand book. I am s step parent and parent and always feel the kids should be treated equally. Are you the oldest ? If so sometimes as parents we look at the oldest to set the example, does not make the yelling right though. maybe you should talk to the father and explain the situating.

let her know that while she did marry your dad she has no custodial rights over you be as nice as you can and let her that while you want to be friends if this sort of behaviour continue's it will make things difficult for everyone... in the longterm she will suffer as when you are old enough to go it alone she'll be the last person you will want to see...

there r 2 ways to deal wiz it
1st u could talk to yur brother n sister to make them calm down n be less annoying in front of yur mother if possible
2nd u could let it flow n not let it attain you cuz she is not talking to you
